Recruitment Focus
Explore More Information: This legend shows ten stakeholders, each aligned with ten different interests. These interests may be supportive or non-supportive to varying degrees. When recruiting participants, we focus exclusively on interests that align with our founding principles, which center on race, color, and ethnicity. In the provided example, stakeholders who show alignment with our interests are marked in green. Although all stakeholders have interests in other areas, these other interests may or may not be supportive and are irrelevant to our criteria. Stakeholder seven, for example, is neutral in one of our interests but supportive in others that matter to us, making them a suitable recruit. We recruit individuals who show support for our key interests, marked by green. Interests one and two are our primary focus, and any stakeholder supporting these interests becomes a potential candidate. Despite aligning with some of our interests, stakeholders four, five, and six do not support others and are not considered for recruitment. Although stakeholders seven and ten are recruited because they align with our core interests, they seem to hold mutual exclusivity to Interest Five, which may represent other forms of diversity work like religion or gender, which is not within our primary focus. However, stakeholders with mutual exclusivity in supporting other interests can still be part of the organization if they align with our core racial, color, and ethnic goals.
