Serving Together

Explore More Information: At P-CoC Inc., we believe in fostering a more empowered unity that expresses the ideology of one human race while embracing our authentic ethnic uniqueness. We celebrate the diverse skin shades that beautify our humanity, and this message is carried through all of our collaborative work, whether in schools or communities. In Schools, We Provide: 1. Networking and Collaboration Spaces: Through our Student Ambassador Leadership Team for High School Students and the Young Adult Forerunners Team for college students and post-secondary individuals, we create dynamic spaces for students to share their ideas and participate in student-driven symposiums. These teams, composed of individuals from diverse schools across local and national levels, foster networks among students of color and empower them to focus on their achievements, aspirations, and community impact. Additionally, these spaces encourage students to lead initiatives that address social issues, promote equity, and contribute to the betterment of their communities. 2. Partnerships with Schools: We collaborate with schools to support affinity groups focused on the intersection of race, color, and ethnicity, offering internship opportunities that provide students with real-world empowerment and professional growth. These partnerships also include workshops and mentorship programs that help students navigate their academic and professional journeys while fostering a deeper understanding of cultural identity and equitable coexistence. Additionally, we provide resources and support through our partnerships and professional assets for career planning, college readiness, and leadership development, ensuring that students are well-equipped to excel in their chosen fields. 3. Ethnic Awareness Activities: We create and display ethnic banners and organize ethnic awareness activities that celebrate our ancestral heritage and unique cultures, fostering a sense of belonging. These activities not only highlight the richness of ethnic diversity but also provide educational opportunities that promote cross-cultural understanding and respect. Through these efforts, we aim to strengthen community bonds, reduce cultural barriers, and empower individuals to become advocates for societal equity in harmony and social cohesion. In the Communities, We Provide: 1. Unity-Building Events: We host events such as the Cultural Exchange Celebration, Juneteenth celebration, and others designed to foster a sense of unity and camaraderie. These events aim to create a future that brings us together under the umbrella of our shared humanity, transcending our differences and embracing the richness of our diverse ethnic backgrounds. In addition to celebrating cultural heritage, these events provide platforms for dialogue, storytelling, and collaborative projects that encourage participants to reflect on common humanity. Through celebrating the unique contributions of each community, these events help to build lasting connections, empower individuals, and inspire collective action for a more inclusive and equitable future. 2. Positive Messaging: We create and display positive messages across the community, promoting unity and celebrating the intersections of race, ethnicity, and color. These visuals reinforce the importance of equitable coexistence, highlighting our shared humanity and the need for uplifting marginalized communities, particularly those affected by the marginalization of skin color. These banners not only foster an environment where every individual feels valued but also serve as powerful reminders of our collective responsibility to create spaces where empowerment thrives, barriers are broken down, and the richness of our diverse, unique individualities are embraced, ensuring that everyone can coexist harmoniously and contribute to a more equitable and unified society. 3. Program Development: We offer dedicated development workshops and informal conversation hubs where individuals can engage in open dialogue. These spaces encourage exchanging ideas, fostering growth and empowerment in a supportive environment. Our workshops focus on navigating society through the principles of equitable coexistence. Drawing from both personal experiences and collective engagements, we foster open dialogues and discussions that curate ideas from real-life and illustrative examples. These conversations are designed to collaboratively explore solution-oriented approaches to societal challenges. The practical knowledge gained is a shared endeavor, with contributions from all participants—experts and non-experts alike—who co-construct insights and actionable strategies. Our goal is to bridge divides and build connections, fostering a shared existence where equity, understanding, and unity are prioritized. Thank you for considering joining P-CoC Inc.

Recruitment Focus

Explore More Information: This legend shows ten stakeholders, each aligned with ten different interests. These interests may be supportive or non-supportive to varying degrees. When recruiting participants, we focus exclusively on interests that align with our founding principles, which center on race, color, and ethnicity. In the provided example, stakeholders who show alignment with our interests are marked in green. Although all stakeholders have interests in other areas, these other interests may or may not be supportive and are irrelevant to our criteria. Stakeholder seven, for example, is neutral in one of our interests but supportive in others that matter to us, making them a suitable recruit. We recruit individuals who show support for our key interests, marked by green. Interests one and two are our primary focus, and any stakeholder supporting these interests becomes a potential candidate. Despite aligning with some of our interests, stakeholders four, five, and six do not support others and are not considered for recruitment. Although stakeholders seven and ten are recruited because they align with our core interests, they seem to hold mutual exclusivity to Interest Five, which may represent other forms of diversity work like religion or gender, which is not within our primary focus. However, stakeholders with mutual exclusivity in supporting other interests can still be part of the organization if they align with our core racial, color, and ethnic goals.
